Happy October!
Happy Mother’s Day (May 9 🇺🇸& 10🇲🇽) to ALL Moms! Moms with babies, teens, adults kids, furbabies, and beloved plants. You nurture life, and for that, I want to say, “You Are Awesome!” Our world is a better place because of you. When I think of my Mom, I’m thankful for her support, love, and commitment to be a happy and healthy example to her family. No matter what type of relationship you have with your Mom, what do you want to thank her for?

Happy Easter! Nothing says spring and new beginnings like Peeps and Easter! Haha...I’ll probably avoid the peeps, but I can’t promise anything. Some habits are hard to break! 😂🤣 I’m grateful for the little things! Do you like Peeps?! 😬
When I think about St. Patrick’s day as a kid, I’m reminded of one thing...big buttons! Big buttons that I begged my mom to buy me at the drug store. They said things like “kiss me, I’m Irish,” and my favorite, “mean, green, kissing-machine.” To be honest, I don’t remember caring what they said. I just wanted to wear green pins for St. Patrick’s Day. And no...there was no kissing going on in 3rd grade 😬 After days of wearing my fancy new buttons, my mom took me to the lady’s footlocker to get a pair of white Reebok high tops. The ones with the two Velcro straps on top 🤓 The clerk at the lady’s footlocker helped me with my new shoes and, before I left, asked, “are you even Irish?” If you’ve ever seen me, you’d know from a mile away that the chances are pretty good that I’m NOT Irish. It seemed like an odd question, and on the ride home, I realized why she had asked.😢 Anywhooo...that was the last time I wore my St. Patrick’s Day flare. It’s funny how as a child, you get so wrapped up in the “fun” of a holiday—I kind of miss that. So, although I’m not Irish...I hope you have a safe and fun St. Patrick’s Day!
Why do I love what I do? 🤔 Believe me, there are MANY reasons, but one answer would definitely be that when my kids were little, I was able to stay home with them because of my small business 💕 Ethan and Nadia have helped me out along the way. From post office runs to packaging, they've been both an inspiration and a big help! Tag the person or people that make you love what you do!
